The Southeastern Conference announced a new start time for the men's basketball game between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Mississippi State on Saturday, Feb. 27.

The game is now scheduled to start at 5 p.m. CT. It is still scheduled to be broadcast on the SEC Network.

Saturday's start time moved as a result of the postponement of the Missouri vs. Texas A&M men's basketball game on Saturday. The Mizzou/TAMU game was "postponed due to a combination of positive tests, contact tracing and subsequent quarantining of individuals within the Texas A&M basketball program," according to the SEC

The Alabama vs. Mississippi State game is scheduled to be played in Starkville.

Alabama defeated Mississippi State 81-73 when the teams met Jan. 23 in Tuscaloosa.
